Navigating the chaos of creativity on a budget shouldn’t feel like a losing battle.
Last week, I came across a TikTok video that stopped my scroll. A woman said, “Ask ChatGPT these 2 questions and you won’t believe what it tells you.” Intrigued (and maybe a little skeptical), I opened ChatGPT and asked:
- What do you think my rarest and most profitable skill is?
- What kind of business model could I build around it?
And what I received wasn’t just a clever reply—it was a mirror. A lesson. A perspective shift that reminded me how much clarity I already have inside me—and how powerful it is when we’re finally asked the right question.
If you’re like me—overflowing with ideas, juggling multiple tabs in your mind, and trying to grow something meaningful without breaking the bank—you’ll understand why this moment mattered so much.

The Insight: Intentional Curation Changes Everything
Before I asked ChatGPT those two questions, I had no idea how much I needed structure around my creative chaos. I was operating from a place of passion and possibility… but without energy regulation or intentional direction, I was exhausted.
That’s when I stumbled on a concept I now live by: Intentional Curation.
It’s the idea that we get to curate our lives the way artists curate galleries—choosing what belongs, what speaks to us, and what deserves our energy.
Statistically speaking, people who practice intentional living report higher levels of emotional well-being and lower rates of burnout—especially among entrepreneurs and creatives.
Suddenly, I wasn’t just building a business. I was crafting an experience.

How I Transformed One Simple Moment
I used to wake up and immediately feel behind. Notifications. Emails. TikToks telling me I need five income streams.
But that morning after I asked ChatGPT those two powerful questions, I sat still.
I wrote down what it told me. I highlighted keywords: “strategy,” “empathy,” “creative leadership,” and “transformational storytelling.”
And I thought to myself, “What if I stopped trying to do everything and just built a life and business around these?”
That one act of reflection sparked a new ritual:
- Morning stillness.
- One intentional business task per day.
- A daily check-in with myself—not my phone.
Now, I’m not just doing things—I’m choosing them.

Practical Tips: How to Curate Your Growth with Tech + Intention
Here’s how you can use intentional curation (and even ChatGPT!) to start transforming your life today:
1. Identify one pain point you face daily
Example: Too many ideas, not enough structure? Write that down.
2. Ask ChatGPT
“What’s the most efficient way I can turn this into a profitable, manageable system given my current energy and budget?”
3. Create rituals around your most valuable moments
Mornings? Journaling.
Midday? Content planning.
Evenings? Reflection.
4. Use tech to support your clarity, not replace it
ChatGPT isn’t your boss—it’s your brainstorming buddy.5. Keep a journal or reflection log
Document how curating your experience (instead of reacting to it) is making you feel—emotionally, physically, and financially.

It’s Not About Having More. It’s About Choosing Better.
That TikTok wasn’t just another rabbit hole. It was a turning point. It reminded me that the most powerful tool I have—besides tech or talent—is my ability to live intentionally.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or pulled in too many directions, ask yourself:
What if I stopped consuming and started curating?
What if I let my pain points point me toward solutions?
